I lead with empathy and enthusiasm

I oversee diverse interdisciplinary teams, fostering relationships with both designers and stakeholders to establish design practices that people want to work and be a part of.

Designer at heart, I apply Design Thinking concept to people management, as well. I work closely with my team to understand their drivers, motivations and pain points. Together we craft the solution that enables them to realize their full potential as individual designers and as a team. We iterate until we reach the results.

My goals as a manager:

  • Drive innovation and out-of-the box approach

  • Define UX KPIs

  • Take ownership

  • Engage with team daily

  • Have fun designing together

  • Stay sharp as a designer, maintain your craft

Elevating the craft of design

Uncovering big ideas gets me super excited. I love bringing together cross-disciplinary teams to collaboratively solve problems, and have extensive experience planning and and facilitating workshops. Through years in UX Design, I was fortunate enough to build expertise in all areas of the discipline, working also as a full-time researcher, business analyst and an information architect.

My objectives as a design strategist:

  • Emphasize research, get to know the user

  • Build detailed personas

  • Implement design systems and patterns

  • Drive simplicity, bank on convenience, instill trust

  • Iterative continuous design delivery

  • Prototype, test and watch those KPIs…

Paving the way

I am passionate about the importance of a good design and the role of designers within organizations.

Advocating for design system adoption, evangelizing design thinking and speaking about it at CX conferences is my way of giving back to the design community.

My approach as UX design lead:

  • Validate designs against business KPIs

  • Design Systems are efficient for standardization of experiences and driving teams’ efficiency

  • Deliver business impact with each realease

  • Uncover issues by studying the data

  • Find ways to collaborate effectively
